1. Booking and Payment

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

- Exclusions: RB AutoDetailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or mechanical issues.
3. Vehicle Condition
- Pre-Service Inspection: A visual inspection will be conducted before starting any work. Photographic evidence may be taken to document the vehicle’s condition.
- Heavy Soiling or Stains: Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles or difficult stains.
4. Liability
- Personal Belongings: Customers are advised to remove all personal items from the vehicle. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
- Damage Disclaimer: While utmost care is taken, we are not responsible for minor scratches, chips, or other pre-existing damage.
5. Health and Safety
- Hazardous Materials: Vehicles containing hazardous materials or conditions deemed unsafe will not be serviced.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Rework Policy: If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

- Customer Data: We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to facilitate bookings. Your data will not be shared without your consent.
